PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

We typically ship unframed prints via USPS within 10 - 12 business days from the time of payment - occasionally it can take us longer if we have a big surge in our volume of sales, but often times it is quicker.  Framed prints are made-to-order and take 4-6 weeks before they are ready to ship via FEDEX. You will be notified via email when your order ships along with a tracking number. We're a small operation–we really appreciate your patience!

PLEASE NOTE

The above times are all estimates from our shipping carriers. Ashley Garmon Print Shop is not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier (USPS or FedEx) and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak times. And please keep in mind that shipping times are only estimates on how long your order will be in transit to you, and does not include the time it takes us process your order.

International shipping of framed prints is not available. International shipping of unframed prints is not available through the website at this time. Please email us at info(at)ashleygarmon(dot)com if you are interested in having an unframed print shipped internationally.

RETURN POLICY

All Ashley Garmon photographic prints and products are final sale, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. 

If your order is returned to us and needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees will apply. When placing your order, please take a few moments to verify that the shipping address you have provided is correct. We cannot assume responsibility for shipping charges, additional shipping charges or replacing items that are misdelivered because of an incorrect or undeliverable address entered at the time the order was placed.

DAMAGES/INCORRECT ORDER

Any damaged  Ashley Garmon photographic prints, purchased on our site, are eligible for replacement. We require all damaged and incorrect prints to be returned to our studio for replacement. We must receive written notification as well as photo documentation of damages within 20 days of receiving item. After 20 days, we will no longer replace an item.
